I can be driving and steering will fill quite tight and heavy (which to me fills how it should light when going slow- heavier as it speeds up)
But sometimes it will fill light and loose- like it is stuck on the lower speed steering.
Checked sensor on side of steering rack and i have a leaky master cylinder which seems to drop the fluid straight into the plugs. so cleaned them up and have taped/sealed them up to i replace cylinder. and checked joints on speedo which seem ok.
I have not drove it since so may of cured the problem (i hope).
But what keeps going through my mind is that i reshelled my uk car with a jap spec shell, using most of the bits from my uk car, but used looms behind the dash from the jap spec and steering ecu from jap spec - but have uk clocks.
is there a differance in the steering ecu to alter mph / kmh, when using either clocks, making the car think its going slower or faster then it actually is. or just confusing it all together.
Hi guys,

Cheers guys.
