There are no conditions apart from respecting everybody and not slagging anyone off, just as the AUP is over here. If that is respected then Welcome back! I fervently hope that you will respect the zxclub site as you expect those members to respect the .co.uk, and we shall do our best to ensure that happens.

 

Please take this as a step in reconciling all our differences and the first step in building a constructive relationship between the forums.

thanks for the responce tony, im sure gary will respond, i havent been on there since last weekend when i got a bit heated with certain things

 

has my account been deleted as per my request? Last time i checked i think i was told it was to stay so (in hollowpoints words) "people can see you as the fukcing baby you are)

 

im also hoping if you really are interested in club relations that most of the threads that i started that caused a lot of unrest on your forum have been removed and the insulting comments that were posted are also gone, some of the replys were very nasty and IMHO very arsey from the site owners, im not asking to hide anything, i dont hide i am very open, but if you wish to move on then a forum clean up is in order, if not then there is no hope

Hi Tony and thank you for your post and sorry I am so late at getting back to you I have just logged in. I appreciate your attempt to bring the two clubs together by taking away my illegal ban but having been treated so badly by zxclub I would rather have a public apology from zxclub on both sites and that would go a long way to clear my name which has been tarnished by your team. This will show to me that you are genuine and want to move forward and this is not an attempt to save face for your club.

 

Again thank you Tony I know it has not been easy but I do think this is a postive step forward and congratulate you on it.

Also I have tried to log onto zxclub but it is comming up banned ip address.

I have requested an apology but I see in your reply you have ignored my plee that my name be cleared of breaking any rules.

 

If something is taken from you unlawfully and you are sworn at when the act is being committed then they say you can have back what was already mine and be told to enjoy it is in my eyes very rude and condescending.

 

If no apology is being concidered then so be it I will have no part in your shenanigans but if you reconsider and apologise then that is a step forward for me.

What about if AndyP or who ever arranges the phone conferences thing on here arranges one so you can attempt to sort this out in some way off line

Send me the bill as I am willing to cover the cost of the phone conference in an attempt to get this sorted instead of it keep appearing on the open forum

Tony, Stellaz and Gaz300 were BOTH, were unbanned within a few days. Details of it and what you want now, I don't know.

 

 

It is not 'llegal' to move threads especially under absense of an AUP or sworn in committee on a currently non paid/subscription based site. I also think it is highly inappropriate for the .co.uk team to come blazing into another club to tell it how it should be set up especially in the manner that it came across.

 

Based on any AUP it is also perfectly acceptable to temporarily remove a thread for discussion and place it in a more appropriate on topic forum which you choose to do so here and more on a regular basis. Topics like 'where's my thread gone' are subsequently removed on here too. I respect that, regardless of that respect not being reciprocated.

 

Apologies are not being accepted by the look of this thread.

I was not the one swearing and it would be entirely inappropriate for me to apologise on someone elses behalf.

 

I have seen the apologetic posts back to me here laced with insult at the same time, threads closed while I was at work too. I have likely missed something due to not having the time to frequent this site so much and have not received any PM's. I can also plea far more about the tarnishing of my own character by GAZ300 that I have been subjected to on a regular and gradual basis for a good 5 to 6 months now. I was content to not stir up that obvious contempt towards me, especially here by simply saying 'lets just agree to disagree'. Not everyone is supposed to like everyone and I reserve my right to that!

 

I'll probably get shot down by my own moderators, Alex, Steve Burns, and Tony for piping up but to be honest, as an individual that barely has anything to say on the matter especially in public have a right to lay it out how I feel.

 

 

So Gaz,

 

I refer to actions against myself, Rose individually not Alex/Hollowpoint. Over the last year you have continually harassed me on public forum boards causing the need for me to plea for you to leave me alone on several occasions.

 

Your actions have caused me personal distress and have damaged my reputation, relationships with my peers, and severely disrupted both my family life and social life. Over the last few months your misgivings have been under the guise of accusations against me as part of a group of individuals.

 

On the web, comments such as the following are very damaging and in abundance, moreso:

I will raise the most recent attacks upon my person in only the last few days as a small example:

 

 

 

“My thread was then removed so I asked were it had gone and was told by Rose to shut up and let them examine it...”

 

when it was actually:

 

“Reading it, and allowing the moderator team to discuss - will probs be back in 10 mins. I know its unusual”

 

Stating that you have been treated badly and banned by me for no reason... when I did not discuss the matter in public, nor had part in it or authority to do so. However, it was with good reason.

 

Anything said by me in good humour has been met with immediate contempt.

 

Saying that you had no warnings on zxclub when you indeed HAD received warning.

 

Making public posts during the work day specifically naming me personally responsible be it part of a group or individually (in this latest case, both) for acting unfairly against you, “victimising” you, “shafting” you, making false claims and false representation of my status for my friends and peers to see and then locking it from any response is unacceptable and one of many examples of defamation on your part.

 

By definition, slander and libel are:

The action or crime of making a false spoken statement damaging to a person's reputation.

Make false and damaging statements about (someone).

A published false statement that is damaging to a person's reputation; a written defamation

 

Now, can this futile rubbish just STOP ?! because it is just plainly ridiculous.

 

I was quite happily posting up my mods and generating threads with views in excess of 3500 on HERE until all this bickering carried on.

If you all make up/get along/kiss and cuddle or agree to all go your seperate ways then so be it. Here we have 5-6 strong minded characters who all clearly feel agrieved and who all feel that they have personally suffered character assasinations by third parties.

I dare say that everyone concerned has a valid point but come on all, nobody (well I certainly don't) want to view this tit for tat horse shit any more.

 

Please for the sake of my sanity, take this elsewhere as it's not doing anybody any favours when potential new club members (who don't know the full history) come on these forums and see the moderators and personalities of influance bickering (it's not bickering but I'm sure you know what I mean)

 

Let's get this gone for now and when everyone has/or has not come to an understanding of where each other stands, then and only then come back on and explain to the rest of us how great the relationships are (or if not just leave it)
