Well I finally got round to getting my spare set of front calipers rebuilt and all back together. I striped them down monday and sent them off to be shot blasted and powder coated. I bought 8 new pistons from godspeed and a new seal kit from fleabay (biggred) and done as follows.

Insert new seal in the chamber

Then I put the new piston seals onto the new pistons

Then insert the piston into the cailper chamber

Then put the C clip round the the rubber seal

of coarse you need to this 4 times then remeber to put the rubber seal that go between the two halfs of the caliper before you bolt them together
