How do you reset the ECU as I thing my needs reseting

I believe you just unplug the battery, an leave it for 30 mins or so.

Thats what i did.

HI' it says in workshop manual to leave for 24 hours!!or by cranking the engine FIFTY(50)times,I'd just disconcect the battery if i was you!!Hope this helps

can you not just turn the screw on the side and then turn it back?

lol lets see 250 squid to reset the ECU? or nothing to disconnect battery and wait for half an hour ? HMMMMM tough one this?

Hmmm everytime someone wants to read their fault codes or reset their ecu we're gonna have an advert????

 

Disconnect the battery and leave for 30 minutes. Don't leave your keys in the car as a lot of alarms automatically lock the car as power is applied.
