oil contamination

what could be wrong to make oil get into the exhaust and burn off? Now lets suppose it isn't the turbo seals cos they're fairly new. It may also be causing the plugs to foul up on the passenger side bank. I replaced the PCV's a little while ago and compression test is OK. I'm running 1.1 bar. There's a faint smell of burnt oil when I wind the windows down. Is there a known problem? On the road there isn't a problem much but under load on the dyno something was happening that was very odd- hesitation and misfire etc.Occasional smoke from the left exhaust on tickover.Any ideas gratefully recd. Overfull oil levels possibly?

it could get through via the head gasket but i wouldnt of thought it would or valve stem seals

Standard bloc, pistons and rings? or have you had a rebuild too?

Two thoughts:

1. (standard everything)

- oil control rings are clagged up and letting too much oil past

ย

2. (rebuild)

- pistons not run-in properly yet
