Well as most of you know we have been panning for ages to design one. So it was down to my old man to do, to go with the bumper he does.

 

Sooo this was well over a year ago. people kept asking me about it and i kept going on and on about it to him. he just kept say yeah i will get around to doing it.

 

Yesterday i was having a clear out and i found it again.Said to dad ive had enough of seeing it and im going to do it, so he said yeah ok :wacko:

 

So ive started it. We took a shot of the bottom half of the 99spec bumper so I can work with it.

 

Anyway one day on and the lip is well on its way :)

Next was to fill in the center section

then used fiberglass paste to fill in the gaps. Ive used brown tape to stop the lip sticking to the bumper. One side of the tape is obviously shiney so the paste will not stick :biggrin:

Then some filler has gone on and its starting to take shape

Its next to finish off mate. Ive done the spoiler now so i will move onto this :wink:
