silverstone grand prix circuit track day

I'll be doing track day as the title suggests on 26th February. Hope the weather will be OK but a bit of rain makes it more exciting sometimes lol. Once again it would be good to see another zed on track :)

Silverstone GP is not a cheap day but there are others which are more reasonable particularly for a first go. Castle Coombe is great but has low noise levels so the car needs to be pretty standard. You could seriously just drive a standard car round the track you just have to prepare it well and drive it appropriate to your skills and more importantly to the cars limits and your budget. Maybe try Japfest or one of the many shows who sell 20 minute sessions which will not break your car and will give you a nice taster for it :)

Castle Coombe / Japfest is a good way to introduce yourself, though not a forgiving track.

Bedford has loads of runoff if that's a concern

yeah i was never planning to push it... if you get me but rather have the opertunity to open her up good and proper without fear of the rozzers.
