Back in 2009 I was in Florida and I figured I'd order some zed parts and save on shipping etc

 

I phoned them up and they were so genuinely nice it actually took me a second or two to gather myself, it went something like "Hello good morning, thiiiiis' is Concept zee how may I help you today?" very nice people and very helpful, they delivered the parts to my hotel within 48 hours
