On my way to the station the car stalled at a junction (does this when it is very cold) but would not start again.

I think it has something to do with the fuel pump as I cannot hear it activating when I turn the ignition. I am hoping it is a fuse or relay but if it is the pump whereabouts is it and is it easy to replace?

Fuel Pump ECU. I left the replacement fuel pump in as it doesn't whine like the old one.
