OEM wheels, the only way to go!

Lovely!

I'm a big fan of the oem wheels too. Wish they did them in 17" or 18" though

I know a company based in the UK that may be able to replicate the OEM wheels and make them in 17 or 18.

I was actually talking to them a few months ago about making a pair of OEM rear wheels for the NSX but in 10" wide which they said they could do no problem.

Looking good there mate!

Yup; me too - I also remember seeing a pic of a US spec car with a nice set of deep-ish dish split rims, which were of similar pattern to the OEM wheels....

Looking great mate but they are on the wrong sides you need to swap them around plus 25mm spacers on the front would improve the stance:thumbup1:

The wheels are ment to be fitted like this

Cheers Gary mate ,When i get my new rear tyres on,i will put the wheels back on the way they should be

Lookin good Tazz, you may not need to get it blown over? Obviously I haven't seen the paintwork up close, but when I had my valeting company, restoring red paintwork was kinda a speciality of ours. We had one customer with a Red GTO, roughly similar colour to a red Z and suffered from the usual problems with red cars, where the paintwork gets flat, no depth, not shiny, etc. All that took, was two rounds of Meguiars Step 1, 2 rounds of Step 2 and 2 rounds of Step 3, then finally some NXT Tech Wax to give it a super clean shine and some protection.

Around the tailgate window and just below the O/S/R quarter light some of the lacquer has lifted so I will get the sides done so it will be fixed,,my car needs a couple of odds and sods, like O/S window regulator,or motor as it sticks and makes a clicking sound, paint work touched up and drivers seat repaired as it has a tiny bit of wear on it apart from that the car is spot on but as I say mate it needs a few minor touches:cool3:

Just as nissan intended. Very Nice

Ive been tempted to putting mine back to stock a few times.

Don't you dare! If you want a stock Z, sell the thing of beauty you've got as it is, then buy a stock(ish) one and stock-ify it!

I have done the modified thing before with my calibra,This time I am going for the OE look, but where I can use later parts, like the 99,spec bumpers, spoilers, and at some point also a retrim, door mounted and rear three point seat belts,And also the manual gearbox conversion, and oval stainless exhaust, that is my plan so far,but knowing what i am like that will change further down the line.
