i got mine for 60£ with full lock set :)

I heard they stopped the titanium keys for cost purposes, and also the fact they would wear out the plungers in the ignition barrel rather quickly as titanium is very hard, you can start the car with a spoon...

I remember my friends dad when I was in little school, he had a big Rover (We're talking OVER 20 years ago here and it was old then!!!) that he used to open and start up with a Stubby screw driver :D

So it was a public school then?

It is a standard NA Ithink its 260 bhp, the only Nismo parts was the exhaust when I bought it, it did have some nice aftermarket wheels on it though. I saw it on ebay for £700 bt I dont know the final price.

260 bhp but i thought they were only 225 ish, i havnt driven it yet so no idea what it goes like, got it as i love the shape but slightly regretting it now as i have kids and not the best mpv is it lol. would like a manual one but ill see how it goes. would you have any history on the car as he didnt give me anything with it. gruntpa64

cheers

Sorry no history on that one was passed on when I sold it. I think I was the second UK owner, i bought it from a chap in Sheptom Mallet, I only had it for a short time an went up to a 2+0 TT, which i still have

Sorry you are right it should be running around 220 bhp as there were no mods bar the exhaust when i had it, hence the change.
