Yo dudes, my dads getting an I-pad2 for chrimbo, can anyone give me a few ideas for some good accessories to go with it, I`m thinking about one of those smart magnetic cases? any good? what else have you got?

I have one of the magnetic cases. Its pretty good, except when I put it in my laptop bag and it keeps coming off.

 

Looking to get an apple TV so I can play movies from the ipad onto my TV but it is £100 odd for one.

My son Lee is getting an i pad 2 for Christmas plus we got the magnetic cover for it but its all parcelled up so dont know how good it is till Christmas lol so not much help mate.

 

Liking your new sig Daz is that Southport sands and I like the way you got the sun to shine through the bonnet:thumbup1:

I've got an ipad 2 aswell and there great !

 

but the smart cover i only used for a month and a bit as it doesn't protect the back,

 

I ended up buying a full portfolio cover which i now love.

I saw these on the gadget show the other day, wish i thought of it as its so bloody simple. They are called iballz, one for each corner. On the show they literally threw it about and it was fine.

the magnetic covers are great, but i use mine in a leather folder type thing (along with the magnetic cover). I only use the magnetic cover as it guarantees the ipad is off when it is closed. I found I was often leaving the damned thing on when I didnt have it fitted
