Is there a difference in propshafts between the models? Will one off an Auto fit a Manual?

Also is it worth getting a one peice prop, I've heard mixed things???

There are eight types, non directly interchangable as whole units, front and back sections can be moved around though.

Auto twin Turbo 2+2

Manual twin turbo 2+2

Auto non turbo 2+2

Manual non turbo 2+2

Auto twin turbo 2+0 (swb)

Manul twin turbo 2+0 (swb)

Auto non turbo 2+0 (swb)

Manual non turbo 2+0 (swb)

The one piece propshaft advantages is reduced rotational weight, makes a real difference from the moment you pull away, so much smoother and no center bearing to worry about, and overall cheaper than a genuine Nissan bearing!

Groovers link covers it in detail.

In laymans terms, you can mix half and half

ie. TT auto box with an n/a subframe and diff would be a TT auto front half with an n/a rare half (doesn't matter if from auto or manual for the rear half)

Actually going with what jeff said yes differences between 2 and 4 seater also. but you get the general idea.

All you need to know is here....

Due to increased enquires, we are now making available the one piece propshafts we normally fit when undertaking manual conversions.

So we can supply a newly fabricated single piece propshaft for both the TT and N/A auto or manual for £225 + vat this with your prop in part exchange.

The new units are fully balanced and are super smooth in operation, no more centre bearing issues to worry about and at a cost similar if not less expensive than having a new bearing fitted.

All of the work is done by our own fabricator so no waiting for delivery from the US and no import duty, and fully warranted.

I concur, Jeff's price is a great saving on the hassle of import, duty and price over all. Also you know you are getting one that will fit perfectly, you wont regret going one piece.

I'm sure zedworld would fill you in on this later anyway but i'll let you know now so you can prepare for the cost...

To swap to n/a diff you don't just need the diff, you'll also need a rear subframe, toe arms and hub carriers. unless you want to muck about with pressing the old bushings then again that is less hassle than swapping your hubs and axles over to the n/a carriers.

That's a solid plan sir, hey uhhh, you got any pics of that front lip not installed on bumper or a view on underside of it on bumper, got same one myself and quite like the lip.
