To delete the hicas altogether do I need to change the pas pump, or can the outlets for the hicas pipes be plugged?

Want to remove the all the hicas pipes completely :)

Featured Replies

You an join the hicas pipes together or go for an na pass pump just remember to put the tt pass pump pully on it as the belts are different

Why not just remove the fins out the rear of the TT PS pump then blank the pipe hole. There will then be no pressure created for the rear steering

Have same to do this week. Only ive got the added plumbing of the steering cooler to re-plumb up with it.

surely that would knacker the pump ? no fluid in there to lubricate/cool it?

sounds a bit dodgy to me. best buy the NA pump and pot I have for sale. :whistling:

If you change the pump just make sure you get The bracket and bolts aswell as they are different to the standard tt ones and you cannot fit it without these.

How much do you want for the pump on it's own Baz? I've got AlanZ doing me a chrome/polished NA pot, so don't need the pot, lol.
