I'm sure Halfrauds cocked up the grey mix as it looks darker than the other did but it won't matter once the silvering is on there... will be done within the next few hours :)

lol I can see you going and starting it up at some point in the next two days just to confirm your theory.

A theory is an educated guess that's yet to proven mate. I know it doesn't

lol you wait till I see you at a show or a meet next year, I'm going to convince you your fan wobbles a bit :D

buy me some beers and I'll agree with ya mate lol.

I'm going to bring some of my work colleagues plum alcohol stuff that his grandfather makes. He's from Transylvania and this stuff burns your nose hairs from 10ft away ;)

I am Articulate on these things ... every wobble in paint, a pixel out, discolouration, ... but a fan wobble? lol

mine doesnt look like its wobbling either and yes i have had a look as i checked after id changed the water pump, and also the other day when looking through the fan at the rad when trying to take a temp reading from it using a laser temp gauge (nope they do not read heat through a spinning fan lol)

That's interesting, I've had a lot of wobbly fans and none of them have snapped off lol. This particular one has no cracks in it either, bought it off a member on here called Bazz (Note the double Z) as specifically a fan with no cracks and it has none :D My old fan had cracks and did look like it was wobbling.

twisted blade? id be careful due to centrifugal forces creating vibrations through the clutch onto the water pump bearings and knackering them. think thats how my last water pump bearings failed on my red zed.

Nah, blades all look straight enough, the back of the fan (From sideways on) looks straight as a die, but the front not so much. Remember this is painted two tone fade from gunmetal to silver and as good as Rose is, I'm positive there isn't the exact same amount of silver on each blade :D I'm not worried, the only water pump that ever failed on me was my Ford Capri and it was the OEM water pump which at the time was 21 years old........oh........erm.........it's ok, after the Capri blew up, I watch temp guages like a hawk :D lol
