hi all just a quick post on behalf of a mate of mine, hes got a z32 tt and its been off the road for 2-3 year sat never moved/started, we have had a few days going over it where the dogs in the lock up have chewed thought a few wires etc spend a day repairing them . today we got her running nice on tick over she ran for 30 min or so all great, then a little throttle to 2 and half grand revs and it bogs down and idea:confused1: many thanks gareth

Moving or static when reaching 2500rpm?

If you were driving her at the time I would suspect the MAF sensor.

Might be worth checking the connections.

Did you put fresh fuel in it, as 3 year old fuel will probably be 'stale'.

I dont think modern fuel lasts as long as it used to before it goes off.

hi thanks for the reply its had clean fuel put in , maf sensor wires had been chewed though but been reconnected (solder and heatshrink)
