Thumping suspension...

Hi all,

 

I've just got my Z back on the road after replacing: front brake discs, all brake pads, all brake hoses, all shocks and tie rod bushes.

 

It's now running 1000% better than before (ie. it stops when I tell it to) but there's a loud thump from under the front when I brake hard or turn sharply.

 

What have I done wrong? What should I check? I'm pretty sure I tightened everything...!
