Might be a daft question, but out of curiosity is there a nissan equivalent of the 'paperclip' test on vauxhalls that some of you may be familiar with, whereby you bridge two pins on the diagnostic plug with a bent paperclip or similar and the ecu fault codes are flashed up by the engine management light blinking in a set sequence that translates into fault code numbers?.

Aah the paperclip test, takes me back that.lol.

There is diagnostic led on the ecu board, but I don't know how to use it. Some one will be along soon who does :)
