    he got back to me... he said he got it from ebay... couldn't remember who...

    I'm sure its 8mm and the best clips to use are t-bolt ones...

    and clips like these (not sure about the size) you need to confirm with the hose outer size..

    it's a bit a job to cut it nice as well... I used a Dremel, first I taped the hose and put one of the clips on it so the braided wire wouldn't frey...

     

    you might get someone else on here who has done it to also offer some advise...

    I did just offer these to someone else, but fairs fair I suppose, whoever wants them gets them, they're not mint, but £25 posted and are the ones you would get from zcenter for £50 + delivery, piccy on the link below:
