Brake pad suicide

Whilst attending to several jobs on a nice zed we could not help but notice the front brakes were not in a good shape. On closer inspection it was clear the pads were done, and more so one side of the caliper what was less clear was how the discs had not been damaged.. was close though, just a heads up to check your brake pad wear, on standard and many other wheels its only a glance through the wheel anyhow, the owner decided to have upgrade discs and pads anyhow which was nice.

I remember when i 1st started driving i was in my punto. When i was coming to a sweeping 90degree bends at some speed, i put my foot on the brake and BANG!!!

Pedal went all the way to the floor and i had no brakes. Crawled home. checked the brakes and on the n/s calliper i had no pads!!!!. They had worn so thin they poped out of the calipers and the o/s wasn't to far behind

Only had the car a day aswell lol!!

Here is a set of disks to go with them, a friend of mine popped it up on her facebook today - her boyfriend getting his moneys worth! haha
