you can make any injectors fit. Although it depends on the injector system i think (wet dry?)

You can get nismo 555s for the 300zx for £94 each. Or speak to chip in the states he has recently done a very good deal on the Injectors, they even tried on our forum through Nico but noone even responded- They were going for about £500 lol for a set.

And for us poor mortals who the insurance companies won't let change their injectors, what's the best deal around on the standard ones. I think mine are clogged and the bottle injector cleaner doesn't do much

Why would you wanna go and tell your insurance co??? That would just put the price up.... wink.gif

CheerZ,

Andy

So what is the actual answer to the original question?!?!

Also £64 x 6 = £384 squids! biggrin.gif

If they will fit?

on the subject of injectors, if you fit 550s can you still run them with the same ecu or will it run crap. Obviously to get the best you need to upgrade it but will it run?

Hello Chris,

The injectors for 64 quid are the 300ZX ones!

I also have an ultrasonic cleaner and would be interested in giving it a go if anyone has a spare for practising on ...

It will run crap - amount of fuel required is measured by opening the injector for a specific amount of time. A bigger injector will allow more fuel in than a standard one so the car will run rich. You need a chip. JWT produce an off the shelf one for big injectors. Or go to somewhere like SE for a rolling road session. Or go for a Unichip conversion (although you'll still need the rolling road).

Dave

I fancied these injectors from whiffbitz but I have never heard of Greddy ones for the 300 before so I asked on TT net and people seem to think they may not be a direct fit for the 300 and may be a universal type injector.

Shame cos ive been lookin for a good source for injectors for a while.

Paul
