Fancy selling mine for me? Because I really can't be arsed!! Chatting to a mate who has a clean low mileage 944 cab for sale at 4.5k, people turning up offering 2.5/3k. Because it's a 'buyers' Market. Don't think I can be doing with all that.

Yep. Made my mind up, going to sell the Slicky and update my work van. Been through all the paperwork/receipts and got round to making a list of what's been done. Just a bit non plus'd about all the scammers/time wasters that are apparently out there via eBay/Pistonheads.

It's just not the same anymore! I remember sitting staring at the phone the day auto trader came out! Rushing down the newsagent in the morning to have a sneaky peek n check how your photo turned out. Now it's all on the Internet. Huh, no fun

I've only ever had to sell one car, I wrote all the others off :oops:

 

Put in on Pistonheads - for a sensible price - sold it two weeks later to the first guy who saw it. Easy peasy.

 

Yours should sell no problem Daffy, tidy, clean and well cared for - but you may have to wait a while. Good luck bud

Cheers Leo. Went for a long drive today and loved it. Just think my time is up with it, looks gorgeous in an oem way and handles perfectly, brakes would've been my next thing. I'm not one for chasing big power but it runs perfectly. Achieved what I wanted to. I've been lucky.
