I do normally go throught the FAQ's to get my answers but im in a lazy mood today! :sleep1::sleep1::sleep1:

Anyway what i wanted to know is what i need to buy in order to fit coil overs the correct way? ie camber adjusting arms etc......

Also are there kits that do it all for me?

One thing you'll almost definitely want is new adjusting rings if you're talking about the ones I've just posted to you :D MarkDerby said you can get them direct from Tein. Just tell them they are "Type HA" coilovers.

Well im going to leave them soak in wd40 over night and wire bush the crap out of them and hope for the best but ill probably order new rings and spanners to undo them anyway. Hope for the best prepare for the worst lol

you may need front adjustable camber arms, depending on how low you go, the stok rears should do enough adjustment unless your planning to deck it. ive got 20mm on the rear and its ok and around 35 to 40 on the front and taht seems ok, maybe a little too much neg for the road. need to get it set up again. make sure you buy 300zx ones not skyline ones, i cant remeber the ins and outs of it but there are issues there

ok thanks ill have a look once i get my coil's. i wont be going to low as the roads round here where probably better when horse and karts where about

tbh im not a fan of cars being too low even standard ride height these things are a bit precarious in the countryside, i hit a dead hedgepig the other day made a good old clunk when it hit the exhaust
