Suspension Knocking

Ok so yesterday I fitted some replacement standard shocks with lowered springs that I bought off Kinugawa Turbo (Cheers dude, turned up real quick :D). They have dropped the car back down to the height it was when I bought it, before I fitted the nackered set of Teins I bought earlier in the year which were fully extended height wise and made the car REALLY unbalanced and just didn't sit right. The problem is now I have a knocking, but it's like a knocking of something that's loose, only nothing is  I've jacked it back up and checked the lower joint, the mount bolts, the strut brace, everything, nothing is loose, yet when I go over a bump at more than 5 mph there is a knock and I can feel something move, I'm going back out there shortly to have a 5th look, but wondered if anyone had any suggestions as to what it might be? Could I have knocked something when fitting the shocks? Could it be a bush that's decided to go? I've checked the brake calliper and that's on perfectly too, nothing appears to have any movement or play, but something definitely has! Help!

More than likely your drop links on your anti roll bar, or the bushes on the roll bar itself, i had this a few times.

Nope, me being stupid, in my haste to get the front ones on the car in my lunch hour yesterday (I work from home) I forgot to put the top plate in on the drivers side, luckily I didn't go further than the end of the drive and heard the knocking, so doesn't look like I've damaged the strut. God I felt stupid.
