OK guys i called at the place on the way home and there very booked up already so we need to decide what we want food wise and let them know asap, there is however no upper limit for people well there is but we wont fill it :lol: so the more the merrier!

 

The menu on offer is below, they also require a £5.00 deposit per person as soon as poss so if this can be sorted at the next area meet, or just pay as soon as you can and we will cover expected numbers in the meantime please let me know through here though guys as soon you know (a) 100% that you will able to attend (b)what each person is happy with food wise

Note:

 

i did just notice on the booking form it says a £5.00 deposit is required per person asap, so if we can confirm as soon as on numbers and food choice, we can sort this at the next meet mostly? ..... but we can always put a little aside for people who wont know until further down the line :)

Might be worth mentioning that the next meeting would be on the 4th November, but as we are having the BBQ and fireworks at Keith's on the 5th November, we will have the meeting at Keiths' on the 5th also.
