painting cam covers

with the plenium off, are these difficult to remove and paint? i do mean the two under the plenium not the front cover.. i hope Ive used the correct name.

    Really easy, the inlet cams are on philips screw heads and the exh cams are on 10mm bolts. You will need gasket sealer for the exh cam covers when replacing and the rubber seals with half moons for the inlet covers.
