after 2 years of ownership i finally got round to getting a Zedworld chip upgrade done today .

Truly Awesome is the only way i can describe it . on start up she sounded smoother and a bit quieter . ran her around for a few minutes to get her warm and then gave her the beans on a straight bit of road . the difference was amazing . she absolutely flew , i nearly shit myself and the mrs squeeled like the time i came home from work early and caught her sitting on the washing machine .

every zed owner should have one of these fitted . i thought she was quick before but i reckon she must be at least a second quicker to 60 now .

Agreed, a couple of nice supporting mods will help get the best out of the chip and boost jets.

 

Enjoy.... but don't go crazy in the wet.... gets a bit hairy :lol:

when i first bought the car a couple of years back i thought it was bloody quick but it turned out to be running in safety boost , got the necessary repairs done and the car was fantastic in comparison as you can imagine . now with this new chip fitted its taken it to a whole new level . i cant recommend the upgrade highly enough . there are plenty of cheap nasty chips available on fleabay for a few quid but with the zedworld chip you get all the necessary checks and tests to make sure everything is working as it should to get the best out of it and make sure its not going to kill your engine .

Well done, best thing i done just makes the so much more responsive over taking a breeze,Got mine done last year along with boost upgrade new exhaust and single prop shaft conversion, hundred times better and went to silverstone tunning and dyno print out of 365bhp 440 ftlb of talk so yes well done zed world.

365 bhp and 440lb/ft - NICE. That's how I would like my engine setup - to maximise torque, not outright bhp. Whereabouts in the rev band were you getting those immense torques?

Thats some nice figures but id be amazed if the car made 440ftlb or torque on a stage one chip.Im not saying your lying but the dyno is reading way to high a torque reading so id take that with a pinch of salt imho.Ive spent thousands on my engine and not made that amount of torque.417 ft lb is the best i could make with a custom map !!

I cant wait to get my JD Aggressive street map ecu in after reading this :)

I know what you mean bud , i,ve fitted tubular manifolds , already had divorced downpipes , decat and a free flow sustem , fitted a FMIC , boost contoller and a Zed World chip , running at 15psi it,s unbelievable the difference to a standard set up , absolutely flies now !!

Perhaps he meant 440nm? Which is about 325ftlb - about right for the mods?

That dont look right are u sure the dyno was set up properly? Have u got a printout showing boost/afr?

i am sure the dyno was set up right?

Sorry im only askin coz the AT and IT are the same most likely meaning they didnt put the temp probe in the air filter like they should? Did they hook up afr/boost?
