This site has serious issues on Android, that is why I brought this up. The pages break and error and then it tells you it failed to make a post but posts it etc shocking mess really on that OS.

then thats a android problem bud, i can even access and post on this site with windows mobile on my 2002 ipaq and still use all functions.

Im not saying that something cant be done website wise to help. but if all other OS's seem fine with it (bar the iphones search function lol)

aaah sod it just get a iphone :) and join the crew

Its the site code that needs updating, its older than all the new OS and browsers (especially mobile ones). You can join this site to test all of the variations http://www.browsercam.com/. Quite handy for usability testing. Also get the site stats and look at traffic sources and start from the most popular ones and work back.

I only access the forum on my laptop, I can get access on my phone, but I find it a bit of a pain zooming in and out all the time and some sort of mobile software upgrade would be very welcome.

I use iPhone at work and iPhone at home. So much better than the laptop I used to use

Ipad / Iphone / Laptop

Only thing id say about the site is if you use iphone/ipad the search facility doesnt work and when your out by the car it would be very handy for the techy threads

You need to hold down on 'search' and open it in a new window

Not me.....

.....I prefer a proper screen for accessing t'interweb thingy, so I only log on via my laptop. Or on occasion my desktop at work!

Richard:wink:

I have something to say............ It's better to burn out than to fade away..... :tt2:

ive never had any problems with the site crashing on my android x10,

but find it very fiddly to use with all the zooming in etc. i think a system designed for portable devices would make it easyer :-)

Use both Macbook and Iphone, I use tapatalk on other forums and think its pretty good, especially when the signal strength is low and web browsing is slow.
