We know, the rubber Jim was laying was a real testament to the power of the car:wink:

:x::oops:

You mean blipping the throttle, and showing off the awesome Emerald ECU limiter? There was no rubber laying at all, i followed him from my house all the way home?

It was an awesome meet mate, a few people didn't show up, but they did text me and let me know in their defence that they couldn't make it:)

Just jesting mate Jimmer was very conservative seeing what car he had in his hands :w00t:

Apologies for not making it, folks - I had some problems working on the boat, and still have plenty to do, but I'm hopeful I'll actually be able to make the next one - For once! Glad a good time was had by all :)

Im glad you posted this Dave as your comments could be quite damaging to me when you THINK about it really as i was in the care of a customers car who may be a good friend but still the very mention of me "laying rubber" could put many people off using me for work on their cars.I like a joke ffs but that one didnt split my sidestrings i have to say and boiled my p*ss last night after it was posted .

Sorry fella:blush: pulled post but as you see I posted after that it was in jest [even max saw the funny side]sorry for any offense caused and hope this has not put members off because IT was a joke and was posted as one.

Any thoughts Jim or any comments just pm me and we can talk, but as a said no offense caused:thumbup1:

Dave

PMSL drive it like it is stolen, the only way TBH the car loves it.

Max thought I could pm you but did not relise your were not subsrcribed

Just wanted to say after what Jim posted is that he treated the car with the respect he has for it and you and never "layed any rubber" just a silly post that has backfired on me!

Jim is upset with me and rightly so:blushing: did not occur to me when I posted that it could cause problems for his past and present and future customers on this site.

Regards

Dave

PS Love your car and respect to you for taking the time and effort to get those little touches just right
