Can anyone help me in finding an alternative or know where i can get replacement inserts that mount inside the the diff bush in the picture? As the originals have gone walkies.

As the old inserts are integral to the oem bushes I think your only options are get some from a s/h subframe or by buying new oem bushes.

I've been trying to get hold of second hand ones for a while with no luck. Don't want to folk out for new bushes that im only going to pull apart.

If you're stuck I've got 2 old subframes and you can have the ones from there, just can't make any promises on time I'm afraid as they're down the pit in the garage and I need to move about a million things to get to them.

Have you tried Jeff, he must have hundreds of old ones about?

Worst case any machine shop could knock you some up if you give them the dimensions.

Are they the same inserts on the 200? If so may have some :)
