There was a story about this same thing on the news a while ago buddy, I can't remember where it was, but they had the same problem, and I am sure it was something to do with some new lampost the council had put in, don't quote me on the lapost, byt it was something that they had installed.

:rofl::rofl:

some ones got a garage door opener on the car some use them as a jammer

Not sure why but sounds like you`ve been fobbed off :)

Hope you told her she's being silly and not to be alarmed :surrender::lol:

would need something to be working on the same frequency or a similar one to effect it i think, and don't they all work of different ones?

Have the same problem when I collect parts from one of our suppliers, they have confirmed that most car alarms will not arm when parked in their carpark, across the road is a haulage company and it has a huge mast on the roof for communicating with their drivers in cab systems got to be connected me thinks, also some years ago I used to visit a garden centre close to the Sutton Coldfield TV Antenna and the same thing happened there, its all houses there now, what a mare if you cannot arm you car on your own drive!

just lock it with the key, any decent alarm will arm itself after a few minutes :)

my dad's bmw (old e30 with aftermarket alarm/immobileser) will never ever start in morrisons car park!! it wont "de-mobilse" (if thats such a word) always starts in tescos so thats where he shops now! lol
