Just wanted to say a massive thanks to peach for lending me a wheel and another massive thanks to mike bean for giving me another as the rim on one of my wheels split open as i was driving to the show! was a good show and a brilliant turn out. nice to put some names to faces cant wait to jae 2012.

yep stopped at the gas station down the road and popped some air in it. gave it a few miles, it was running fine so nice and slow and kept stopping to let it cool down a bit. i think i might get another 3 and start up a new trend.

Whats the score with the rims??? someone sold you a duff set??

i'm really sorry to hear what happened aswell as shocked. i can only apologize but as i mentioned in the thread they where thrown in as part of the sale of my zed, i never ran them and i was informed by barry who i baught the car from they were solid. looking at the wheels they did look that way.

 

again i can only apologize glad to hear your safe and that you was able to salvage the weekend

One of the rear wheels was refurbished by paul at swz at a cost of over 15o pounds.

They were never put on the car after the refurb although before were used on my old car with no problems.

I only kept the wheels because i had spent a lot of money on the tyres.

Sorry if they have caused anyone a problem and glad everyone was ok.
