just wondered with my car been a uk TT has it got a 155mph speed limiter?

Yep, UK cars are limited to 155 mph. Although it tends not to be that accurate, many will reach up to 165mph before it kicks in.

Speed limit is written into eprom mapping, simple case of upgrading the ecu eprom as almost all aftermarket one`s have unobtainable raised limits such as 300mph etc.
