Hicas ball joints

Hi ive recently had new ball joints fitted. when i fitted the hubs and fitted the new arms i noticed that the joints move around very easily. Is this correct or are they supposed to be stiff to stop the rear wheel from moving?

Thanks Dan

They are brand new and only been pushed in. Im guessing something has happend since i had some welding work done to the hubs :(

As long as there not floppy they will be fine. They were desinged for movement :)

It doesnt matter how free they move as long as there isnt play, all joints, track rod ends etc are stiff when new and free up after use.dont panic they are prolly fine.

Ok that's good news they don't flop around. Just thought they should be stiff at all times. Thanks for your help
