Man these things can be mega bucks mate, i've bought ALL the seals you can think off, so i know!.

1st Check a few other things, is the targa drain draining properly, is the targa roof seal well sealed where it meets with the door seal. Go to the other side and lower that window, raise it back up again and watch how when it reaches the top there is a tiny rubber lip now sitting on top of the glass, now check your leaky side does it do the exact same thing, there only needs to be one part of this lip as a flat piece of rubber and you got a leak, finally check the window actually does go fully to the top, faulty window rollers cause it to close about a mil or 2 short.
