Will the later PTU plug straight into where the earlier one came out, or does the wiring have to be altered. I have a UK 1993 twin turbo auto. I've seen a later one for sale on the web at Courtesy Nissan of Texas for $180.

    the type2 PTU's need an additional harness to be able to plug them into the connectors of the old PTU.

    The PTU that courtesy sells comes with the harness...
