Fitting Baileys Dump Valves

Just bought myself a set of these and having some issues!

First issue which I eventually resolved after two hours was getting the old

recircs out, skinned knuckles and lots of blood I got that done.

But,

The problem I've now got is the fitting kit doesn't fit !

It comes with two metal stop plugs, two rubber hoses and two metal adapters

that change the hose size up from the dump valve to the size of the pipe on the

zed, to me it looks like there's two more hoses missing to connect the adaptor

to the zed.

Also the stop plugs are the same size as the holes to need two more hoses to

join them together too.

Are you suppose to use any of the old pipes ?

OK ...

all u need is

2 Dump Valve

2 Metal Reducer

2 straight Silicone pipe about 5inc long

2 Used or new U shaped Pipe

4mm silicone vac line

and Cir clips for fitting

the bottom pipe each side next to Rad should have the dump valve fitted to using your reducer and silicone pipe ..

the other bendy pipe or your original should be Cut down or just put the bung in

repeat for the other side too

then u need to connect your vac line up to the top of the valve and to the Vac output just under the main pipe/light unit
