I get vibration when going over 50-60 mph even when the car is freewheeling. gonna have the gearbox overhauled becuase of crunchiness between 5-4th and a few other things. what could be cuasing this common problem ???

You want to be looking closely at the centre prop support bearing (~£130) and the rear gearbox mount (~£55). I got both from MJP last week and will be getting them fitted v. soon.

Perhaps I have overstated the vibration. It's not a boneshaker, it just brings a slightly pleasant glow to the driving seat area.....!

Yup, just like mine. Oddly enough it is worse when cold. GIO is the expert on this, he had documented the trials and tribulatins of trying to resolve the problem on his web site. (sorry, don't have the link to hand)
