Did you check it with computer or just on your dash? As the rev. counter on the dash not always accurate. Is it running fine?(I think at 500rpm it's starts to run lumpy)

mines about 1100 when i first crack it up then it drops to 750ish

My cars tick over did my head in for about a year, always around 1000rpm, I messed with allsorts not knowing what I was doing headachesmiley.gif

Until I found the tickover screw, nearish the battery round the back of plenum, and turned it down, now perfect between 725 and 750rpm.

I wouldn,t say the dash read was inaccurate :thumbup1:

Mine is, conzult says 750rpm, and the dash says 900 ish...
