I have used redline Mt90 gearbox oil best stuff to use IMO and recommended by others on here

Did anyone mention BLOOD, SWEAT and TEARS?

Yes, but they won't be Daffys

LOL @ bigH, you cheeky git!! I'm getting involved on this one mate, time to do a bit more than just clean the old girl religiously.

So MT90 for the box, my usual engine oil and filter also. Is there any specific clutch and diff oil I should be getting?

Thanks again.

Bump. Can anyone point me in the direction of what quantities I will need for the above. I've done a search but to no avail.

go to opie oils mate, Select the by Car option and it will tell you what fluids you need and how much. Plus you'll get a club discount.

I used motul DOT4 brake and clutch fluid for both brakes and the clutch. The diff oil is 80w90, JDM needs about 1.5L UK needs a bit over 2L as it has the cooler as well.

Gearbox takes 3.5L of the MT90. Both diff and gearbox are full when the oil level is at bottom of the filler plug.
