tie rods or tension bushes//how much?

can anybody tell me how much it will cost to replace my tie rods or tension bushes, can anybody recomend a decent garage up north.

ive been using falcon engineering in middlesbrough and found them expensive .

The pukka Nissan parts are close to £120 each, plus fitting, which should take about 15 mins each.

or you can get the bushes for under £50. I'm doing mine next week - hopefully.

You can also go the way I did,with rose jointed tension rods,£225 the pair from SE Nissan wink.gif.

just spoke to alex at zcentre and bought some bushes.will start there and see wot happens.seems like he no's his stuff what do u think? (of z centre)
