Where abouts can i get the sills that go underneath the windows? I understand they are pretty hard to find and can be quite expensive?

Featured Replies

As standard they are not available seperate, they are part of the quater window.....and subsequently are extremely expensive for the complete unit.

However, there are aftermarket replica options, although still somewhat expensive :

I believe MJP, our OEM Parts supplier can source them as well if you prefer to buy from a UK supplier.

Alternatively, Im sure there are plenty out there on breakers that could be had very cheaply.

if you have the same problem i have with mine (flaking top layer), would sanding and painting not be a viable option? I'm not sure if they are rubber or plastic, just a suggestion as i was thinking of painting mine instead of replacing.

I have some in good condition with no paint loss. They are actually joined to the seal around the quarter glass but I can cut a clean angle to seperate the two (done this before) then you can just fit them and maybe use a small bit of black sealant to finish off the seal. £25 delivered for the pair.

They are the same ones (Kuruma) I linked cheaper from Z1, and I believe MJP also supplies them
