Hi Guys, I`m starting a new contract in Wigan (Hindley) tomorrow and just wandering if anyone knows someone reliable,honest, hardworking who would like a short term labouring job on site for a few weeks?

Yeh! :winkiss: 16 week contract to renovate a shop in Hindley town centre, its in a right mess and falling down at the moment, but a nice goverment grant will give it a new lease of life, should be fun!!!

mmmm, I know what you mean, The best labourerer I ever had was a 65 year old Polish guy , fit as a fiddle, stopped for just 10 mins break with his self made packed lunch, never moaned, was never late, a real good tradesman, worked all over the world, I could leave him at my house for a week, painting, tidying, ect and i know he would never touch anything just get on with it!!! an Amazing guy and would have him back in an instant!! he`s now in Dubai painting skyscrapers!!!!

Will give the Germans one thing though, they do motorway maintenance at night to cause little disruption to traffic, unlike in the UK where they do it all during the busiest times of the day, as people want paying night rates.

Yeh, I know, I took a gamble on agency labour about 4 years ago when everyone was busy and came across Andre( my polish guy) he was a dream come true from day one and I thought it wont last, but it did! he worked as hard on day 1 and 4 years later was still going strong. We took him out a few times to building shows and gave him days off but he hated it!!! he would rather work and clean the vans!!!! Come back Andre!!!
