Now ive posted this in zed related as its related to my zed lol

Only thing stopping me drilling out the last bolt now, is my god damn drill battery.

But if you have a stuck bolt, i cant recommend these things enough.

Now i know dewalt do some of the best power tools on the market, as i used to have a crap load when doing sparky work, but considering the price i got these for off of ebay, and considering sometimes people like to sell counterfeit stuff on there, i was a bit optimistic, but having just drilled out a bolt with a snapped off el-cheap-O easy out, and it went right through, no problems.

Grab your self a bargain. didn't even snap one bit either. result. just one more to drill out now. come on charger.....

I got some cobalt drills for drilling out the sheered studs when installing the new downpipes, got mine from UKdrills.com via ebay, they worked very well and weren't expensive either, Just keep them lubed and ran slow (I was using a B&D mains power drill) and they cut through well :)

just remember, slow and steady and get something to keep the temprature down, you dont need much pressure for them to work either. best sub £10 drill bits ive bought in ages to be quite honest.

yea when i was drilling the studs out for the back box sections today broke 5 bits..on another thing though bought this stuff called rost off....http://shop.ebay.co.uk/items/__rost+off_W0QQ_dmdZ2?rvr_id=246618598967&clk_rvr_id=246618598967&crlp=2809903917_284591_284611&UA=WVI%3F&GUID=108a48021310a0aa14948554ff6ec2d4&agid=706872221&tm_kw=rost+off&siteid=3&MT_ID=11&tt_encode=raw&keyword=rost+off&geo_id=21&ff4=284591_284611.its a libricant that freezes the studs/bolts to -45 amazing stuff just a pity bout the condition of the nuts/stud...makes life so much easier.cant recomend it enough..nut that wont move are turning in 30 secs

definetly m8 was getting sick off trying to get rusty/rounded nuts off went to a few zorst places and they all said get that stuff

as for the mani nuts iv just bought my self a dremel coz the the nuts arnt going anywhere bought a set of the irwins nut removers and nut splitters but the irwins is wernt working and therys not enough room for the splitters to work properly so just gona cut the nuts and drill out the studs and replace with siny new nuts n bolts

ive gotta get a decent tap now, to tap out new threads, just not sure what size im going to need, also need to get some bolts to replace the ones that snapped unless the ones on my old engine give up quite nicely.

always use dewalt bit's at work, can be a bit dodgy when drilling wood, they pull the drill through the wood lol
