Hi all - sorry to trouble. Days ago, I found the tech on how to take the orange dome out of the front J-spec indicators (to put Silvervision). Muppetly forgot to bookmark (red wine attack).

Tried here, AndyP's, australians and yanks. Eyes gone tired, brain turned to mush.

Any pointers?

TIA

I remember Danny writing something up.

If you find a tech link that isn't on my site please let me know. Cheers.

of course, Andy, no probs. When I couldn't find it here, yours was the first place I looked (cos that's where I though I'd found it). I can remember finding 2 articles - one basically saying poke it with a stick until you break the orange stuff then pull it out with pliers and the other saying melt with a soldering iron (with diags!) then pull the bits out with pliers.

If I can find these articles again, will let you know for your indexes.

Its on Twinturbo.net i think, I have it printed out downstairs in me garage, ill pop doon there and see if the article had a url in the footer.
