I want to completely strip the inside of my 300 and loose as much weight as possible and I'm looking for tips and pointers on what to take out and what not to take out so if anyone can help It would be very much appreciated 

get rid of the stock seats fella, also air conditioning aswell is a good wieght saver

Keep going until all you're left with is some wires, dials, steering column and somewhere to sit.

NA subframe, (that's if yours is a TT, no HICAS and diff is lighter, plus makes it faster but less top end), spare wheel, AIVs, EGR, carbon cannister, lighter prop shaft, flywheel, plus probably many many more things! Depends how far you want to go really, there's a lot of sound deadening stuff too, which, once all removed, does weigh a bit. That's just off the top of my head tho, I haven't done any of that to mine (yet)....

yeah just remove the aircon rad and canister cut the aircon pipewirk all the way back to the bulkhead and then remove the aircon pump of the side of the engine, aprts from the seats i think its the biggest weight saving you can get. you will also find an electric fan with the aircon rad this can go aswell!!

 

Saves wieght also gives better airflow to the rad.

Yep!

You need to remove all the sound deadening stuff that is stuck everywhere inside.

Remove all original heater stuff and replace with a small lightweight "kit car" on.

Two ducts to screen and two to footwells is all thats needed.
