Front bumper removal

Hi all! have got to replace my uk spec front bumper & rear spoiler (fibre glass rear spoiler from z centre replacing stock item) any help would be great.

Any dos/dont

(Refiiting sh stock front bumper)

    Yeah, don't recollect seeing any links about that, there is a pic on the Z Centre site showing the mess after the standard one is removed though !
