shell had a load of music on her i-tune's, she plugged a different i-pod into the lappy and put music on it, now it's saying that some music that she has bought has an explanation mark next to it and it say's it cannot locate she did not back up the file's herself

 

how can she get the music she bought and return the i-tune's back to normal

yes, it was my mate's, he wanted some music put on that we put on i-tune's from a disc and now a load of music has gone and some of the new stuff cant be located?

If it was purchased from her itunes account, should be able to re download it. go to purchases, it will give you the option to re download matey.

 

If she has the tunes on her ipod and its moaning about it not being in the library, plug the ipod in (hope its not set to auto sync with itunes) when its showing in the list, right click it and select transfer purchases.
