got a couple of japspeed mani's a while back

anyway long story short the nuts that hold the cat pipes to the manis are rounded..bought aset of irwins nut and bolt removers but theyr chewing the nuts even more...finaly gave up trying to do it myself so went to a coupleof garages and the cheapest price to fit them is 350..350 come on tae f00k i could buy a cat back system from zcenter for that im ready to throw in the towel on this one...i dont have time to spend as im working from 7 to 9.30 mon-sat anyhelp or assistans would be great and id be willing to pay for time.

As Paul C has already mentioned it involves heat.... Lots of it and fast.

Basically you need an oxy-acetyline torch on full heat. apply the flame on the nut and heat it up quickly till it glows. Then immediately wind off the offending nut while still glowing.

all needs to be done quickly to avoid the heat spreading to the stud etc. So you are relying on differential heat/expansion to loosen the nut.
