Whilst cleaning my rear wheel tonight i noticed that the metal to which the back bumper secures to just behind the back wheel was quite badly rotten, as I touched it, some fell away :-(. As far as I can see this metal runs parrallel to the bumper and exhaust right to the back of the car, it all seems quite badly rotten. Can this be replaced like the sills can be? Or do I need to get someone to fabricate a new part up??

Thanks, Dan

They weren't pretty but did the job and are hidden behind the bumper anyway :whistling:

Check up around the fuel filler pipe area - mine was rotten there as well

The ones on my NA breaker are spot on but I haven't got an angle grinder & it would take about 6 days to get through them with a hacksaw :taz:

I take it this can be seen by looking up behind the quarter panel whilst the rear bumper is off? Cheers
